Aleesha is a female professional bodybuilder that has gained recognition in the past two decades. Aleesha Young was born in the year 1984 in an athletic family. Her father was a bodybuilder as did her siblings and brothers. played sports like hockey. Aleesha played other sports such as basketball, softball and soccer. Her bodybuilding journey began at the age of 15 old. Aleesha was able to earn her professional certification by her victory at her first NPC USA Championships 2014. But she first started in 2008. She was also a participant in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro, where she was ranked ninth. In 2015, she remained her 9th place finish. Aleesha finished 6th both 2016 and 2015 at her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. The first time she competed professionally took place at the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She had steadily improved and won after winning her Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha was the top show at WOS's Rising Phoenix, where she was 4th overall in 2020. The "World's strongest mom" decided to take a break from fitness due to health motives.
